Checking Ticket History and Status

Your ticket list shows current and past support conversations attached to your account.

Ticket statuses

  • Open: the ticket is active and awaiting attention or reply.
  • Answered: support has replied and may be waiting for you.
  • Closed: the request is finished or no longer active.

Reopening a request

If the same issue returns, reply to the existing ticket where possible. If the issue is different, open a new ticket so the subject and history stay clear.

Why history matters

Keeping related messages in one ticket helps support see what has already been tried and avoids repeating the same troubleshooting steps.
