Paying an Invoice in ttportal

You can pay open invoices from the Invoices section in ttportal.

Pay an invoice

1. Log in to ttportal.
2. Open Invoices.
3. Select the unpaid invoice.
4. Review the line items, GST and total.
5. Choose the available payment option and complete payment.

After payment

The invoice status should update after the payment is confirmed. If it does not update within a few minutes, avoid paying twice and open a support ticket with the invoice number.
