How to Update Your Payment Method

Managing Payment Methods

You can add, update, or remove payment methods from your account at any time.

Adding a New Card

1. Go to Profile → Payment Methods (or Billing → Payment Methods)
2. Click Add Card
3. Enter your card details in the secure Stripe form
4. Click Save Card

Your card is tokenised by Stripe — we never store raw card data.

Removing a Card

1. Find the card you want to remove
2. Click the ... menu next to it
3. Select Remove

You cannot remove a card if it is the only payment method and you have outstanding invoices.

Updating Default Payment Method

Click Set as Default next to any saved card to use it automatically for future renewals.

Supported Cards

• Visa
• Mastercard
• American Express

Bank transfers and PayPal are not currently supported.
