What You Can Do in ttportal

ttportal is your Tech Temple customer portal. It brings your hosting, domains, invoices, payment methods, support tickets and account access into one place.

Main areas

• Dashboard: a quick overview of your active services, invoices and recent activity.
• Services: view hosting plans, renewal dates, usage and control panel access.
• Domains: review domain status, nameservers, DNS and renewal details.
• Invoices: pay invoices, download PDFs and check payment status.
• Tickets: open support requests and keep all replies in one thread.
• Profile: update your password, two-factor authentication, payment methods, API tokens and account access.

Common tasks

Most day-to-day tasks start from the sidebar. If you need to change something inside the hosting control panel, open the service first and use the hosting/control panel action from there.

If you cannot find an option, open a support ticket and include the service, domain or invoice number involved.
