Understanding Your ttportal Dashboard

The dashboard is the first page after login. It is designed to show what needs attention without making you search through every section.

What to check first

• Open invoices: pay these before the due date to avoid service interruption.
• Active services: check hosting and other services attached to your account.
• Domains: review domain renewals and domain status.
• Recent tickets: continue support conversations from one place.

When something looks wrong

If a service, domain or invoice is missing, make sure you are logged in with the correct email address. If your company has multiple users, your access may depend on the permissions granted to your user.
