Quick Checks
Before contacting support, run through these common causes:
1. Check Network Status
Visit /network to see if there is an active incident affecting your hosting region.
2. Verify DNS Propagation
If you recently changed nameservers or DNS records, propagation can take up to 48 hours.
Use an online tool such as dig or dnschecker.org to verify your records.
dig A yourdomain.com +short
Expected output: your server's IP address.
3. Check Your Service Status
In the portal, go to Services and confirm your service status shows Active. If it shows Suspended, check your invoice balance.
4. Clear Browser Cache
Sometimes browsers cache an old version of your site.
- Chrome/Edge: Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) / Cmd+Shift+R (Mac)
- Firefox: Ctrl+F5
5. Check Error Logs
In cPanel, navigate to Metrics → Errors to view recent error logs for your account.
