Requesting a Service Cancellation

If you no longer need a service, request cancellation before the next renewal date.

Before cancelling

• Download any website files you need to keep.
• Export databases and email data if required.
• Check whether domains, DNS or email depend on the service.
• Confirm whether you need immediate cancellation or cancellation at renewal.

How to request it

Open a support ticket from ttportal and include the service name, the preferred cancellation date and whether data should be retained temporarily.

Important

Cancelling hosting can make a website, email accounts and related files unavailable. Keep your own copy of anything important before cancellation is processed.
