Opening Your Hosting Control Panel

Some hosting tasks are completed in the hosting control panel rather than directly inside ttportal.

Open the control panel

1. Log in to ttportal.
2. Go to Services.
3. Open the hosting service you want to manage.
4. Use the hosting or control panel sign-in action shown on the service page.

Use the control panel for

• Website files and file manager.
• Email mailboxes.
• Databases.
• SSL certificates.
• DNS and website-level tools where available.

If sign-in does not work

Open a support ticket from ttportal and include the service name. Do not share passwords in the ticket.
