Managing Domain Nameservers in ttportal

Nameservers control where your domain looks for DNS records. Change them carefully because incorrect nameservers can affect your website and email.

Before changing nameservers

• Confirm which DNS provider should host the zone.
• Copy any existing DNS records you still need.
• Check email records such as MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

How to update

Open Domains in ttportal, select the domain, then use the nameserver section if available. Save the new nameservers exactly as provided by your DNS or hosting provider.

Propagation time

Nameserver changes can take time to propagate. Some users may see the old destination while others see the new one during the transition.
