Reviewing Active Sessions and API Tokens

Security settings in ttportal help protect your account from unwanted access.

Active sessions

Active sessions show where your account is currently signed in. If you see a session you do not recognise, revoke it and change your password.

API tokens

API tokens are used for integrations and automated access. Only create a token when you know what it will be used for. Revoke tokens that are no longer needed.

Recommended security steps

• Use a unique password for ttportal.
• Turn on two-factor authentication.
• Review active sessions after staff changes.
• Remove unused API tokens.
